I used to hate stretching ... but when I discovered the Rosa Acosta stretch video, it totally changed my life. I realized how important stretching is for my body. Now I watch Rosa at least 5 times a day. Stretching is such a beautiful thing ...
Munich is not exactly known as a prime spot for Sneaker shopping. Still there are a couple of spots that actually have a nice selection of "hard to find" kicks. Streetwear boutiques like AMEN, Let's POP or 874 are definitely worth visiting.
Once upon a time in the small town of Konstanz, there was dope little Streetwear spot called Soulfoot that offered a nice selection of BEASTIN' products. Unfortunately the goods sold out in only a couple of weeks ... but we have good news for all the true heads in Konstanz the re-order just came through ... so in a couple of days the Bodensee will be BEASTIN' again!
We all know that the WU-TANG CLAN ain't nuttin' ta fuck witt, but not even the WU could mess around with this weeks BSTN beast of the week.
